Kissing this character: Unless you're the Doctor, or CR has developed so that it would be acceptable, you can certainly try, but you might get slapped. 
Flirting with this character: Give it a shot. Charley's not above a bit of flirting.
Fighting with this character: Yeah, it's bound to happen sometime.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Bring on the pain and suffering! However, please contact me first so we can work it out.
Killing this character: Same as above. I'd like to keep it to a limited amount, so contact me with your intentions.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: This is okay. If you are using it to use her thoughts against her, or trying to manipulate her with it, and she finds out, she'll be angry. However, she's just a normal human, so unless someone tells her, she won't have a single clue.
